The trees do look pretty. I like how the rail seperates the town in two. Very cool effect there. I really like the stadium parking lot. Looks like its part of the lot itself!!!

Great all around job again CC!

Palm County Estates looks very nice! And the commercial district looks great as well, especially with the railroad with DEDWD's walls on one side and retaining walls on the other running through the district. I look forward to more!

Hey CC,

I just love that baseball stadium setup, that small ramp that give access to the parking spaces is a small but beautiful detail, the only gripes would be that, with just one point of access to the parking spaces, it probably takes a long time too get out after the game.

But even with that, I still like it, it's a no frill but very great looking setup!

Take care!

I am particularly impressed with the area around the stadium - retaining walls with a drive leading into the parking lot. That's pretty much dead on for how these things are done. Bravo! Keep the updates coming!

Hmm, nice job.

I might suggest using a larger variety of trees in that Palm County area because that would really make it look much nicer than it already is!

Great suberbs, the commercial district is cool

I agree the sunkun rail is better, but I think the slope at the rail station is too steep

    Keep it up !

Awesome work Chickens! I love the contrast between the less dense high wealth area and the dense lower wealth suburbs. That mall is amazing, where did you get it from? And I agree, the sunken rail looks much better than the raised rail. Keep up the fantastic work. 2.gif

Lovely suburbs you have over there crazychicken! And the neat layout of the suburbs with all the trees gives me a very peaceful and calm feeling. What a nice place to live in! 2.gif

Great use of all the mega-sized shopping lots! They surely fir into the suburban setting you've created! The placement of the stadium is simply great and it looks stunningly beautiful especially when viewed from lower zoom levels where it blends nicely with the parks and houses around it.

Oh, and you've used Jeronij's concrete wall with buddybud's addons! Woah both of them will be super-excited if they see the way how you use their uploads creatively! Keep up the good work! 44.gif

i have to suggest a street side mod, u use streets a lot as do i and that mod really makes them look great. and sorry the raised rail didn't work out for you it took some tweaking for me to
get the right combo of base textures, walls and that station that is meant for being placed on
slopes to get it right. nice pics anyways buddy.
