Good to see some work on the tower, I think my pics will be of little help to you (cockatoo's thread), as you have better pics of the tower. Hope to see it complete 9.gif

Pretty sure it is with a script.  I found one for Max that does that exact thing and made it work in gmax...

OMG that's incredible. Amazing work Paul!!

I'm actually really glad you've decided to start work on this again. You're doing a heck of a lot better than I would have done!

Btw, do you have a link to where to get that curtain script? A few years back I saw Bixel do something really nice with it but I never asked him where he got it.

That looks stunning Paul, May I suggest a few things to you?

The reflections look a little too soft and fuzzy, maybe making them sharper and adding a UV map with some Bump(Noise) will look a little more decent. The angle of the glass facades ARE slightly tilted from the bottom up, but that doesn't make any difference on the reflections made. Not every window pane will have perfectly straight reflections with a little fuzzy over it 3.gif

Maybe do some testing and see what you audience agrees with 4.gif

We, stardust, are the oddest observers of self (a.k.a. the universe).

I'm just a group of atoms typing this.

What do I know?

No, that was not meant as a joke. contrary, some of the works of Paul are the best I have seen here. And certainly not a joke, but joy and enthusiasm for architecture and the game. Nevertheless, or perhaps because of an almost perfect copy is my expectation.
