@ cityhawk: Thanks. It  is hard to say how long it takes because some weeks I don't work on them at all.. I haven't BATted since the last post here and don't think I have time until friday.

@ jriiiis: Sorry, but I don't have time to make a stadium. you could try putting in a request in the Official BAt request thread. Or you could learn to BAT yourself. It is not as hard as it looks. Anyways, I also see that this is your first post... Welcome to Simtropolis!

Ok, just FYI: The completed package has been made available to some beta testers. I have tried a slightly different modding approach this time, and since it's a first, I prefer to have things tested thoroughly lest users experience problems. The complete package will contain the 4x4 growable lot I have shown, a 3x3 ploppable lot and a 3x3 landmark. Unless someone discovers a glitch, everything is ready to be sent to Skyfire for upload. Just a few days patience...

Export error #108 or #103 can't remember...srry Skyfire...I do not know what is wrong with the file...I may try a rerender but not till next week.

@ T Wrecks: Cool, thanks a lot! Any chance of a 4x4 plop or landmark as well... with the same lot design as the growable? If not, don't worry about it... people can make their own! I have the patience!
