The Constitiional Kingdom of New Burgundy is a country of the western hemisphere, comprising of fifty-three provinces, and numerous territories and former colonies. It is composed of a group of islands in the Atlantic Ocean. It shares sea borders with Calderwood. The capital, St. Laurent, and its suburbs, compose the St. Laurent Greater Metropolitan Region.

The Kingdom of New Burgundy is a constitutional monarchy. The current monarch is George II, who is also the King and Head of State of fifteen other Commonwealth Countries, including Mozambique, Senegal, Nigeria, and the Antilles.

New Burgundy is slightly larger than the United Kingdom in size, population, and GDP. The country gained independence in 1801, only three years after the start of the conflict, compared with five for the U.S. It is often considered a cross between the U.S.A, and Great Britain. Since then, is the only former colony to become and maintain a monarchy, as well to create a significant overseas colonial empire, excluding the United States. New Burgundy has risen to become a great power, economic powerhouse, military power, and official nuclear power.

Good morning viewers! I'm Mark Paterson and I will be driving to the city of New Veii today. So hop in, and come along!

    1copyan7.jpg

    So, I'm now getting ready for my trip,packing and the like. I live in a small, but nice house;

which is the one with the red roof and pool, in the Whitesbury suburb of Westell Gardens.

I live alone, and hope to have a familly one day.But hey! I'm not here to talk about my life,  I'm here to go to New Veii! I'm ready to go now, so let's do so.

    91628461yo0.jpg

As we set off to New Veii, I pass the homes of my friends, the Martins,Johnsons, Downings,

and Wolfes. We all live a comfortable middle class life in our suburb, going to Whitesbury

for work and entertainment, and live with more space and air here.

    42367082gf2.jpg

Not all the town is bulit up, and whole blocks of land are empty and are lacking houses.

But a housing boom promises to fill them up soon.

    4copyko2.jpg

Forgive me. I forgot to go and my church's staff that I vvould love to volunteer for

some charity work next month. My chuch, St. Francis's, is often doing some kind

of charity work of one kind or another, and many people, myself included, are

    eager to help.

    5copyxi5.jpg

As I turn onto E9, you can see the other half of town, which is all filled up with

bulidings and which devlopment is spilling over into my half of town, which is

    good.

    6copygf2.jpg

This area is particually interesting. To the right is the old catholic chuch,

which is now only used for Christmas,Easter, weddings, Baptismals,

First Communions, and the like. You can see the new devlopment of new

homes, and the white house near the top was recently restored after

abandonment and is now for sale.

    7copyvv5.jpg

Some new devlopment and finshed homes can be seen here,as my

    town grows ever larger.

    8copygn5.jpg

My town is an outer ring suburb, and is seperated from the Neansk Forest by

H17, which runs at the edges of all the southern suburbs. E9 runs over H17.

    9copych8.jpg

As we drive deeper into the Neansk Forest, we pass a few (nonexistent|Simfan) farming towns, but it's mainly the forest.

    10copydk1.jpg

No. I'm deciding not to. Not at all.

    11kr6.jpg

I found this nice rest stop, and being hungry, am having lunch.

    12copydc0.jpg

I then found a petrol station and my car needing some, filled my gas tank.

    14copylr2.jpg

As I approach New Veii, we can catch sight of Chinatown, which I will visit.

A subway station and bus stop are also visible.

    13copysw8.jpg

Now I am heading towards Downtown, I have to navigate this confusing

intersection. The car tells me to go right. WHERE IS RIGHT!?! Arrgh!

    21qh2.jpg

Now I am in Chinatown, which looks like a slice of Hong Kong. Even

the pothole covers in Chinese! Chinatown is a dense area, with 12,000

    people in 15 square blocks.

    22copyhq7.jpg

Like I just said, everything is in Chinese. Everything

    23copywk9.jpg

Here we see Chinatown's Plumflower Park, which is a breath of

fresh air. Surrounding it is the Pionner Pagoda, which was bulit in 1971.

    15bcopyvk7.jpg

As I head towards Waverly Park, we can see these old, grand luxury

apartment bulidings. More likely residential hotels, actually. The

beauty of these bulidings adds to the appeal of the area greatly.

    17copyim1.jpg

So it looks like a tunnel exetends under Waverly Park. It makes for a

large park, though there is a much bigger one closer to downtown

    ,which we will see.

    17bvw5.jpg

I am just struck by the largeness of it all. The huge park, the massive bulidings,

the wide avenues, everything . It is all on a monunmental scale It appears that

they are testing the lights on that transmission tower. I took this picture from the

    window of an old friend.

    15nn0.jpg

But, closer up, it seems to be on a more human scale, and the buildings,

remarkably, smaller. The Beige buliding in the center is called the Tuller

Apartments. The police station is rather big, though.

    14bcopyxv4.jpg

The tallness of the bulidings is making it hard to navigate the streets, even

if it is a grid pattern.

    18copykt0.jpg

No human scale here. No. None at all. The bulidings are nice though.

    9copykc9.jpg

Downtown is a mix of old and new as i can see here. I heard that the seawall replaced

an older one during WWII and had anti-aircraft guns mounted on them. Not that good

    looking, though.

    20copytr0.jpg

A nice corner of downtown. A parking lot, grocery, and office buliding

right next to each other. It somehow looks very nice.

    32copyic6.jpg

Soisson Square, which's centerpiece is a monument to the Battle of Soisson, has

the words LIBERTY,JVSTICE,EQUALITY,and FREEDOM  engraved around its base

    28copyzw0.jpg

Nearby is the large Romana Park, which is 327 sq acres of greenery. The

paths extend in all directions and runs for over a mile worth's of paths.

    29copybh6.jpg

Looking at the lake at Romana Park.

    25copyyd0.jpg

The European district. Athough New Burgundy is a European country

in all but name, the architecture is more British. So, a European looking

    area is very overwhelming.

    32bcopyyo6.jpg

As the day starts to end, I head to my hotel to rest and relax before dinner.

    33copyys7.jpg

As I approach my hotel, the sun drops lower, and so do the buliding's heights ( And no,

I'm not staying at the Ritz)

    34nr9.jpg

So I would like to say goodbye to you,and may you one day visit this

    splendid city I have saw!

    .

Today was a peculiarly sunny and hot day. It was so sunny my eyes still feel sore. I wonder how much money cold-drink vendors have made today! It looks like the Pan-Atlantic Tower construction is going well.

Expect an update tomorrow or Friday. But of what, I don't know!

Man-And then so he went marching towards what would be the most decisve battle in the War of Restorat-

(Another)Man-We interupt your regular programming for a TNN Special Report.

    *Special Report Tune Plays*

Woman-Good Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. We have just recive word that Prime Minister Torleau has announced he will make a speech in front of the Delagatory on the crisis in Aleuntsyera in about a few minutes. We go to Mark Moon, our Special News Reporter.

    nwes2hw7.jpg

Mark Moon-Yes, the Prime Minister will make a speech in a few minutes. The topic is belived to be the crisis in Aleuntsyera. The Viceroy of Dominea was killed earlier today,in Aleuntsyera, and Queen Yorette is belived to have been behind it.

Woman-Could you give more information on this situation, Mark?

Mark-Yes, I could. Queen Yorette came into power a few - - - - ago, overthrowing the rightful queen ,Sivear II. Since then, she has followed an aggresive domestic and foreign policy, the victims of which are usually the Aleuntsyeran people themselves. About a week ago, she expelled a team of New Rhodesian diplomats, and now is is greatly suspected of orchrastating the murder of the Viceroy of Dominea.She- I'm sorry, but the Prime Minister is starting!

    algg2hb8.jpg

Man in Background- "Presenting: His Exellency,The Right Honourable Jaques Torleau, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of New Burgundy, Grand Master of the of the Rose. "List of goverment officals goes on.

Mark-And it appears the king is in attendance!

Man in Background-"And His Majesty, The Venerable George II of the Kingdom of New Burgundy, King of San Lorenzo, the Iles de Canari, Mauratania, Bissau, Guinea, Gangemaland, Mandinka, Cote'd Ivore, the Gambia, Senegal, Benin,Togo; and the Grand Master of the Royal Titles. "

PM Torleau- ["I]Ladies and Gentlemen, Good Evening. I come to you tonight to address an issue of the utmost imporance- The tyranical regime of Queen Yorette of Aleuntsyera. She has desposed the rightful monarch Queen Sivear II, a personal friend of mine, explused a team of well-meaning New Rhodesian diplomats from "her" country, and slain H.I.M. Lord Arthur ce Gneiso-Iridani, Viceroy of Dominea, another friend of mine, in cold blood. Her actions have caused great pain and suffering to the Aleuntsyeran people. Tonight, though, I want the world to know that the Aleuntsyeran's suffering is our suffering. Their pain is ours. Tonight, we announce that we will stand side-by-side with the Aleuntsyeran people during their struggle!"

    *thunderous clapping*

PM Torleau-"We will try our hardest, along with many other countries, to resove this diplomatically, as we do not want to cause any more suffering to the people of Aleuntsyera. We support the SCJU in this. We will end this crisis, I assure you."

    *more thunderous clapping*

Mark-"This is Mark Moon,TNN Special News reporter. To our viewers, good night."

    parchmentbaynewcopymc0.jpg

I also have an apology to make.

There are pictures of scenes which have partly taken from two great CJ's: Chaumont and Green Depra. I cannot deny it, and there is no excuse. I am truly sorry, and apologise to the creators of these two CJs, and my readers. I hope this won't leave a stain on the future. And please, I would appreciate you from dissussing this in the thread. You have this, and please keep this to yourselves. Thank You.

I think this shouldn't be an only-reserved-for-the-SCJU-thing... so this can't be the reason why somebody flows into such storylines. Everybody should be that polite to stay out these storylines without earlyier talks between the "storyliner" and the "alien". But only IMHO.

    Othervise I like this update.
