I am in awe.  Great looking farmland.

I think it was just the diamond pattern with the falls near the corners that reminded me of Escher's staircases. (I may have been a bit sleep deprived when I made that post.)

No matter where you go, there you are!

Yay, development! The farming area looks great, especially with those transit-enabled dirt paths. Your terraforming is beautiful as always, too. I look forward to more!

17.gif Yes , you start build some farm, and a great one . Too bad that ciment road . If i can suggest  you something , try to not put a lot in front another one , that way the dirt road have more chance to apear. Like the power you can put this one another place.  Hope that help. Can`t wait for more .19.gif

the farm looks great. very well done.

same for the waterways, tho a the green of the plants is to intense for the rest of the flora, but that's not your fault ;-)

waiting for more great work

Simply a great shot.....You terraforming skillz R-O-C-K out with their socks out 3.gif

May I make a small suggestion....Shots look so much better without the pause bracket in there....without it is is easy to "forget" that you are looking at a game shot....having it just destroys the great job you did getting the farm to look authentic.

But besides that.....great job....I wish I had some of the terraformning tallent you have....

Oh hey.....I dont know if anyone has asked you yet.....with the delicate hand terraforming you do....if you could share with the community? Up till now that involved sending someone the whole region folder over say...MSN....but with the new sc4Terraform tool (vers 9.c) you are able to get a grayscale image of you region...even hand terraformed ones that others could render.

just thought I would let ya know   (hint) 2.gif

But again...great job.

Your freedom is the most expensive thing you have, even if you arn't the one that paid for it... Use it well.

Dear Jacqulina,

Although I have followed you growing skills in terraforming I haven't previously commented here at Paradise Falls. Lets just say that am more then interested to see how you have tackled the creating mountains problem with hand terraforming. I lkike what you have created so far a lot and am convinced that it will become better and better. You have a true "feeling" for natural beauty and Paradise Falls would definately be a favorite place for me if I would have the choice at living wherever I wanted to. Unfortunately that is not the case, but the second best thing is to dream of it while watching these great pictures from a fantastic region. See you soon.

Nic.

Very nice farm area Jacky! Nice to see you building 2.gif I like the dirt trails.

I would only use the small Aussie Windmill (I don't remember who did that, but I think you will know what BAT I mean) instead of Maxis's windmill, it would fit a lot more in there.

I'm sure if you'll do the rest of your villages, towns and cities with the same attention to detail it will result in a beautiful CJ!

jacky,

You may remember that the day after I was bestowed with the title

"Mountain Momma"

I commented that if I am to be known as Mountain Momma, then YOU should be known as

"Daughter of the Mountains"

That title is now long overdue (Hint hint admin?)

I love the farm, and the approach, as most people would start with res and comm and build a CITY, whereas you are developing an environment.

Hey jacqulina -

Beautiful update!  I really love that little area with the country trails and and the blacksmith barn (i think that's what that is) and the cow pasture. Really lovely work. It looks like such a serene place.

Can't wait for your next update!

though so i guess i can't talk. anyways great looking stuff

^ I suspect that's because of the dirt tracks and other 'park' lots.

Anyways, I very much like what I see here. Great farms and great terraforming jacqulina.

Hiya Jac...well, it was worth the wait 4.gif

I love the "then and now" shots of the stream...are the last 2 pics corrupt? I get a black bar at the bottom. Not a major job as most of the image is there..

I think you need a scarecrow for those fields..there should be some old clothes in the Kabin that belonged to the previous owner. 4.gif
