The_sanderson, very nice, almost perfect. The only thing I see wrong (I know you can't help) is the color is off on the roads that lead to building and the parking lot. 9/10

Well try to disregard the photoshoping, but here is another view of Nantes...which is close to coming out btw. STILL dead lol but I am working on it.   The proposed OneAlliance HQ, it sits close to the west edge of the city, and is not really close to what Nantes CBD would be considered. In the city I did not build a CBD but instead like a CBS (sector).

C0ckatoo-210893:  That's one of the better uses of tropical flora(and farms!) I've seen, and the first time in a long time I can recall seeing a rice field in SC4 that I liked.  On top of it, the building rising out of the foreground really gives some contrast to the scene.  Great job.  9.5/10

The Sanderson:  I like the grounds around your focal building here.  The building itself is entesting architechturally, but the textures... well.  Also the road 'prop' overlays were never something I found very asthetically pleasing.  7.8/10

Americaner:  That building sets a very ominous tone against the utterly different and older W2W's around it, almost something Orwelian, something that the photoshoping seems to encourage.  The whole scene looks well thought out and set.  9.2/10

The_sanderson:  Looks like some of those road textures are a little messed up on that BAT- but the parks look good so a 7/10 for you.

Anerikaner:  Sorry but I really think you overdid the photo effects on this one. Would have been a fantastic image otherwise but that's just my opinion- the others seemed to like it. 5/10

Alien_397:  WOW! That's something different... Very nice! I bet if you had have showed that to us 4 years ago I would have never have believed that Sim City 4 could look like that. 9.9/10

Oh ok, he'll have to tell where he got it, but it's a mod. Only bad thing about is it makes it very had to see the poor from the rich, and if there trash building up, because the snow covers everything.

suplado!: Always have been a fan of your CJ Jargeah. But in this pic, it's mostly me, but the lake is placed on top of the base of the mosque of the lot makes i look unnatural.Like the arrangement though 7.5/10.
