Hiigarar: Hello again! The first image is a good shot, I might suggest to add something else to your neighborhood such as bus/subway stop or beautify it with some more parks (like you did in your second image, which I rate #2 8.5/10 2.gif). However, it's a great shot, I like the blocks on the right and the landmark especially! #1 7.5/10.

Crusin_King: Welcome back! Nice shot for a newbie and great harbor! Perhaps a terraced park on the empty cliff might improve the view and relieve the pollution of the industries. Just my opinion, though, it won't influence my rating. 2.gif8/10.

Nerd_Guy, Don't know what happened to image nothing here

The_sanderson, The first image isn't that exciting not much to look over 6.2/10 The second is very dark can't see the streets or much anything else 6/10

Glenni, Very nice work looks realistic 8.9/10

Alien_397, Does look real from the zoom distance, well almost. 8/10

El Burro, This is clean and organized, but lacks variance. The three rows of identical buildings doesn't give this area an inviting feel. 7.9/10

Alien_397, It feels crowded, but looks well thought out. 8.6/10

Crusin_King, I going to be nice and just rate without comment. 6.1/10

While I appreciate the credit smstevenms,  that second to last one was Hiigarar's2.gif

Hiigarar:  Nice job again, my favorite part is the courthouse looking building with it's grounds around it that really helps break up the crowded streets around it.  The subtle variation in buildings across different blocks gives it the feel of different districts, or like the buildings were built at different times.   The streets could still use some life though, and It would look better with shadows turned on, really helps the depth of a photo  7.8/10 (I'm only rating one, as that is the theme of this thread2.gif)

Crusin_King:  Not bad for starting out.  The harbor is well laid out, and I like the rail layout in it,   There are certainly many more things that could be done with the area however.  I'd watch what others do, maybe look over a few CJ's for inspiration as you develope your own style.  7/10

Here's something I cooked up in some free time(some photoshoping here by the way).  Sorry if it's the stadium again, but my pictures kinda reflect what I'm working on since that's I generally have time to mess with.  And yea, it's intentionally that dark1.gif.

Yeah its still pretty dead, does anybody have any tips for helping me get some cars???  There will be stuff later that I don't plop like the suburbs, but at the moment the WHOLE city is plopped...about 150,000 jobs and 50,000 residents (all of which will dilapidate AGH 32.gif)

Nerd_Guy: Nice agricultural environment 8/10

The_sanderson: Thanks for your comment on my mars pic, i'll see what I can do next time i visit mars again. Your pic 8/10

Glenni: I went to download that already. Awesome 9/10

Alien_397 : Thanks for the comment, You're right about it being too griddy, my fault mostly on that lol. And the look of hurriedness actually coincides with the way i built the city, With such haste and a blindfold. Your pic, because of it now i have a hard time differentiating between gameplay and reality, 9.5/10

El Burro : Repetetiveness works well here The walls add a nice touch 8/10

Hiigarar: Hmm nothing much outstanding but your second pic is good 7.5/10 overall

Crusin_King: More nature, more trees. 6.5/10

Alien_397: Are those hornets? 8.5/10

squidi: Nice good placements. 8/10

Super- Timo: Tanks, I bet they're more   >>.......<< 7/10

Amerikaner: Plopped everything and they dilapidate, i know the feeling. Wish i could help you on that to get some cars on your street. anyways your pic, hmm......8/10.

Saying goodbye (for now) to mars

Spaceport-2.jpg

Space port, I would post a more zoomed in pic but I made a promise to now limit myself to 1 pic per post after my last sets lol.

Now I am heading back down to earth but not back to my original main cities, I'm starting a new region as a new project. With that being said, anyone can help direct me to where i can find some building with a middle eastern, egyptian look to them?

Alien_397, just notice the "Late" part.

squidi, can't see you image

Super- Timo, the tanks are a nice touch. Do they have any fire power? 7.5/10

Amerikaner, very nice look. Are these just landmarks, I don't know what would cause cars to not show up, but if there are no jobs or houses ocupied that could be it. But even after I plop down a waste center or bus stop I always have traffic. Don't know 8.6/10

Shadow_prophet, this a very dark image and I can't see much of anything 5/10

Shingure, Not sure, but not exciting and your sidewalk is two types 4/10

Even a 5/10 is being too kind smstevenms, I do admit that the day and night mod was not the best way to go here. but I thought it was worth a shot since in game it brought out details. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

I did edit it but unfortunately it ruined the quality of the pic to a certain extent but i suppose you can still see the details. anyways:

Shingure: Your pic, trees doesn't blend well with each other and the building perhaps more variety of flora 5/10
