Yeah, I've been wanting to test out the euro road mod, might give it a shot after seeing how horrible it looks there.

Also, got any hints for automata? I tried real hard, but it kept on disappearing and having huge rows of buses. It really is a busy part of city at a busy time. 2.gif

Detailing on that picture is much better than most CJ:s, buildings are lovely and the diagonal bus stop/park is amazing. If that is your general quality I'd say you you're already among the top builders in this community.

I just rated the image, not the effort or general quality. I rated one of chickens images 6/10 for bad photoshopping and his CJ is one of my absolute favorites.

Oh, and it's supposed to be FUN, so don't be to hard on yourself (or on others). Just enjoy it!

Wow... impressive... I'll give that a 2,457,120.9...

*studies the picture a bit* I can tell how you made it, but the detail and the work you must have done is insane...

Name though, why don't we go for Crescent, or Crater, or Miagra... the one you got now is kinda, eh. 3.gif

o.0 Crazy awesome work! I don't know if the name was intentional (alot of people on this forum don't have English as thier first language... so you can't blame them really 3.gif) but awesome work anyway! 10/10

Might want to Edit the size of the pic too... 800x600 is the largest you can have.

Don't edit the size, just link it instead. However, remove the words and that would be a quite nice desktop background...

marcszar: Very well themed image, 8/10.

LP: Picture 1: Good, gives a good urban feel, the ghost van is a little strange but you get that a lot in SimCity 4, 8/10. Picture 2: Getting rid of the ghost van was a good improvement and the colour effects added is good too, 9/10.

KingTitan: Lovely picture, the name is a little unusual though, lol. 18.gif You can keep the current size, just link it instead of posting it, 10/10.

gridlock, love the layering, always do. something just doesn't feel right about the picture though...

waz up tiger, nice urban sprawl... asian theme is another plus too. bit too bright though. no real point of interest either. the blue building should catch your eye, but it sticks out and diverts your attention to the lesser parts, which don't have much there to really wow you.

Anyway, I'm still messing around with editing. Went for a foggy morning in this one.

Hatterson-May-3.jpg

I'd like feedback on both editing and development qualities please. 3.gif

I think im gonna get a little more involved with this thread, now that I closed my CJ, of course if aaronperry doesnt mind 4.gif

GridLock - very nice pic, love that you can see the train automata also, 8.5/10

Waz_Up_Tiger - im not to wild the colors really, IMO the blue tower looks a little outaplace but I like the way it looks with the sunlight effect to it, however the other buildings are a little too bright in some areas, also streets would look cool with possibly a street side mod?? rating...7.4/10

whoa LP I like!! euro road mod looks good loving the GLR sweet layout...but to be really and I mean uber critical the open 2x2 space top left of the pic next to the field could use something to fill it in would set it off, editing is cool sunset type colors and cloudy or foggy in the morning w.e lol ima say 9.44/10 4.gif

*looks up from having his face burried in his hands* 30.gif

I just noticed that... there was supposed to be a building there, a very nice one too. I plopped it using the extra cheat thing they found. When I came out of dataviews it was gone, and I couldn't demolish the zone. I need... assistance, and possibly a landmark version of... *goes off to find it*

https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=17291

That. It appears I stumbled upon a bug of the cheat, unfortunate, but eh. If someone could tell me how to demolish that lot and either make a landmark version of the lot or be so kind as to make it themselves and PM/Email it to me, I'd be very grateful. I really want to get that fixed and retake the picture now... grrr... 32.gif

Thorin: Picture 1: Interesting how you have emphasised the top of that tower, 8/10. Picture 2: Nice, that black building sticks out from the rest but that is realistic thinking of some cities I know, 8/10.

muffinpunk787: Wow. Beautiful, yet realistic. No sign of any gridding, and I love what you've done with the river and walls around it. 9/10

Wow, nice and original Waz_up_tiger... thats what I like to see. I suddenly have the urge to rake a zen garden and trim a bonzai tree. And maybe, maybe some Sake... from my special Buddah hip flask... *smack* Naughty monk! Anyway... 9.5/10... minus half a point coz the plopped water looks a lttle rugged...
