Waz_Up_Tiger - nice plop water but its not very realistic, there is nothing on some parts of the river banks it looks like water is being held together by magic forces 3.gif, the grid is on to...the monastery looks nice maybe some paths connecting the pieces..trees look nice..as is 7.1/10

capitol1 - wheres the stuff? its a little plain my friend, maybe some denser trees a little plop water, and once again I have to advertise that euro road mod 3.gif, some interesting colorful flora would set it off...but for now...3.5/10 its just to plain mate...

Gridlock: Nice harbour, realistic, 9/10.

Waz_Up_Tiger: Picture 1: Well themed picture, good as usual, 9/10. Picture 2: More nice work, 8/10.

LP: Great weather effects, really adds to it, more good use of the GLR too, 9/10.

ilikehotdogsalot: Nice colour effects, good Venetian style image, 9/10.

muffinpunk787: Lovely, the variety of trees and the addition of a river makes it look very realistic, 8/10.

capitol1: The trees are good, but to improve you could add more of a point of focus, 6/10.

pvarcoe: Nice hotel, the wave effect looks good, 8/10.

aleking: The station is great, I can not complain at the lack of traffic either 3.gif, 9/10.

ky72x: The focus used on those skyscrapers is very well done, however the houses in the background make it look less realistic, 8/10.

Glenni: I would argue it is black, but I will compromise with dark blue if that is what floats your boat. 20.gif

ilikehotdogsalot - That's a nice try on a suburb. I think you should try using more streets than road, to point out which roads are minor and which are major. Anyway, it still looks good. 7/10.

fledder200 - SOMY's apartments look good, however, in your picture I think you've used a little to much of them (even if that amount is still realistic, though. 6.5/10.

silentbreaker - Good work on photoshopping that postcard, maybe the picture that it shows could be better. 7.5/10.

Great pictures, now for some ratings...

funkytim88: Picture 1: Good, perhaps a little to dark though, 7/10. Picture 2: The amount of traffic and the trees are both realistically pleasing, 8/10.

ryan04: Nice, the flying aircraft really adds to it, 8/10.

crazychickensc12: I can imagine a lot of people hating that BAT, but I think it is unique and the surroundings are good too, 8/10.

Thorin: The wave effect is good, and so is the sea wall, 9/10.

ilikehotdogsalot: Good old black and white, I like your suburbs actually, the ships cap it off nicely, 8/10.

fledder200: The uniformity of the housing blocks looks good, to improve I recommend you reduce the amount of repeating shops, 7/10.

silentbreaker: Lovely, the graphics are very nice, 9/10.

I'm sorry I don't have time to reply to all of you, but:

crazychicken: don't like that BAT, but the park and precarious position of it (insert massive coastal landslide) are unique. 7.5/10

Thorin: amazing waterfront, love the scattered boulders and rocks. also looks somewhat European. 9.5/10

One last thing: does anyone have the link for that Japanese apartment complex? I couldn't find it in the Japanese thread. TopCliff

EDIT: found the site, downloaded it, soon there will be numerous apartments in my region!!!

Ilikehotdogsalot:8/10 it would be a better black and white picture if it was a historical picture

fledder200:8.5/10 i like it what are those apartment complexs?

    silentbreaker:10/10 theirs so many questions.

Sorry for everyone I'm about to skip, just too many I missed. 3.gif

Thorin: quite nice use of all the buildings, mods, lots, and just a touch of editing. Mind sharing the name of the large building in the center and the one at the far right? I'd also like to see that unedited. I can tell from the building at the far left that its been lightened quite a bit, and I'd be interested in seeing what it actually looks like.

ilikehotdogsalot: nice use of greyscale, nothing quite eye-poping about the picture though. The larger buildings stick out too much among the diagonals and low-density housing.

fledder200: its just my preference, but I completely dislike that sidewalk mod. I think it easily makes any city look hacked and ununiformed. Nice job otherwise though. shops by the pond stick out too much. maybe leave one on the corner and extend the park over the other two

silentbreaker: very nice use of canals, good photoshoping too, makes it easy to look at. not sure though, it just feels, hollow. might be the small cemetery, just don't feel like it fits.

capitol1: not belaming you, but the plopwatter is way too bright and flat. and I really... REALLY hate that bridge. I understand what you were going for, but it just doesn't work.  the trees, hrm... bit scarce, not too sure about the terrain either... its, uh... overwhelming. I really like the placement of the gas station though.

Phew, done... Well, sorry, I got nothing to show. I went hiking this past weekend and sorta crashed when I got home yesterday. I'm working on a slight anoyance the euro road mod is giving me in junction with the GLR texture mod. Hope I can get it sorted out so I can post some pictures. 2.gif
