You can make a roundabout people. Start in the middle of no where put a road lot any where just once. Then go on any side and drag it diagnally around that piece. Keep doing it until youve got an outer circle.

Had to do another. Demolish the middle road lot and put a plaza or to make it look nice then connect the other roads on to it. Not diagonally. NOTE: when connecting roads when done it will appear to screw up. DONT WORRY just connect all four straight sides and will return to normal.

Yeah ! There are lots of roundabouts here in France (and in lots of other countries i've never seen yet) and with lots of different styles and sizes and that was really missing in SC4...
