Well, I made these a few days back seeing as I only had spots in my city to put 1 tile lots. Seeing as my city was already infested with parks, and lacked some police and five coverage in certain areas, I deicded to make 1 tile lots of the police and fire stations.
Now, by looking at the screenshots, yes, both lots feature the fire station building. Well, the small police precint building was 2x2, so that wouldn't work. The best way to tell the two lots apart -- the police station's building is always to the far right of the tile, where as the fire station building is always to the far left of the tile.
