Sanantonio 1.0

I thought San Antonio had a river, hence the infamous "River Walk" it has.

it's hard to include that river because Sanantonio is so close to sea level, if I lower the tarain anymore I get to many water spots. I can't change to much so not to get the water spots because then it's not scale anymore

Actually, the city is between 600-700 feet above sea level, but the game forces rivers to be at sea level. I've tried to duplicate the region as well.
