I know this is your first, so I'll give you some of the reasons why I dont think this is an exceptional map:

Not enough mountain slope, river delta follows a straight line, rivers do not look realistic, there aren't many defining features, not enough 'flat' land...If you want some of my map making techniques, pm me and I'll hook you up. If you're really interested in making awesome maps.
