Worth the wait.

Awesome work! Here's something I found amusing...If you zoom in on the map once you have downlaoded it, look at the bay area where the park land of Eaton is. Use your imagination and you can see several land shapes that look like faces. Nice map though!

Very impressive. Hard to believe you made it by hand.

AHHH! The wonders of Photoshop. I originally open up a map with mountains and a variety of terrain. I then create a blank map, sample mountains and hills from other maps, and paste and blend everything together. It takes me some time, but it's well worth it and realistic! Thank you all :)

I absolutly LOVE large cities, so I think I'll like your map. In fact, if I like this map enough, I may even ask for your permission to use it in a city journal I am planning.

Great map, but been unable to Regen it... it keeps giving me "Region Bitmap Wrong Size-- 2049x2049, should be 1025x1025" Any ideas?

I also get the above error.

This Map is absolutly nice to work on i dont know if it is intended but on the majority of it, you are able to build on smoothly without the need of reworking nearly the whole map or any need to flatten or soften it out. Thanks to you more than 8 million sims found a home by now. A greatfuel Neoworld

Anyone who gets the region error needs to follow the instructions here: http://www.ussdragonstar.com/simcity4/terrainsite/install.html (Basically, create a new empty region, name it, exit SC4. Copy the config.bmp into that new region's folder, load SC4, CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R, load the jpg, and wait.)
