A 12x24 Park with some modifications: Landmark effect radius = 25 tiles, with boosted magnitude; Park effect radius = 60 tiles with boosted magnitude; eats more pollution than normal park and also costs a bit more ($100/month, $1000 to plop). Your feedback is appreciated...P.S. Most of the trees are fauna and will take some time to grow.
