These lots will allow the game to build some of the Stage 8 buildings on cities with a mostly 6 square wide grid. Usually the buildings were only available on 4 wide lots and hard to find in a 6-BY configuration.
Also added are some other commercial buildings that were somewhat restricted to the 6-BY grid and now available for a 4 wide configuration (Brock Furnishings for example)
This will allow for a more broad variety of buildings for your city.
