Located in Portland Oregon, the KOIN Center stands as the 3rd tallest building in the rose city. Portland's local news channel KOIN 6 is stationed here. There are also apartments on the upper levels.

Sure is one ugly building in real life--and you've captured it perfectly ; ) Portland would make a bad SimCity--great on street level, great historic low- and mid-rise architecture abounds--and all of our modern high-risers are awful, even by the low standards of modern architecture.
