Typical small office buildings, found in the suburbs of many cities. The plop lots are modded to go through the construction phase when plopped. Thanks to Cerulean for helping me figure that out. The growables are designed to grow on a medium density, commercial lot. They should not grow on high density, as the idea is for this to appear in the suburbs.
There are three variations of this building. The plop lots have a specific building on them; the growables are in a building family, so each building could grow on each lot.

Lot Type : Plop Lots : 3x3 (1 Building), 6x6 (3 Buildings), Growable Lots : 2x3,3x3,2x4 ( 1 Building), 6x6 (3 Buildings). Growables are Medium Density, stages 5 and 6. They will not appear in the European Style Set. Statistics :
