Are your tourist's wandering amilessly around your city, not sure where to go or how to get there? Well give them a hand! Place this Info Center somewhere that your toursit's will ahve easy acces to. Here they can get maps, tickets, and tips on when to do what, also they can tell you about some not so well know places that are hot spots for the locals. The center keeps all of the newspapers from your city and all the books written about or in your city. The building also contains a theatre where a video of your city's history is shown every hour on the hour.
If you are wondering about the night lighting, I felt it gave of a glow, omni's didn't work and the normal way looked weird.
It sits on a 5x5 lot, it cost's $1,250 to build and $100 a month, $250 to destroy, and you can find this located under the education menu.
