I already wondered what a "Reaort Hotel" is. ;) Well nice building, looks good.

I don't know why someone would wanna walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. I give it a 7

this lot needs alot of work, i will not rate it though.

The building is great however the lot needs some work. Plan it out like you are going to be the one to visit this place. Does it need two pools. I would say so given the size, but the placement is not so good. Play arond some more. I think you will see what I mean.

Nice, maybe the parking area needs to be at the side and change the colour of the ground to match the hotel's, also change the white of the pool to something that matches. An OK job.

deffinetly could use some work, like where the pool is, maybe a nicer looking building, but still pretty good i give it 7

Jim, good idea to redesign the lot. I have not yet rated this creation, but I would say the building rates a 10. Once the quality of the lot matches the building I see 10s in your future.

This is better, but what if you put the parking lot next to the road, then the hotel and then the recreation? And just for fun what if you put in some of SimGoobers new people props? :) I want this to be a 10 and you are SO close.

Thats a lot better Jim but again try moving the parking lot a little and maybe make some of the ground into paving. A thumbs up if i could post it.

eh, I've seen this building so many times that I'm getting tired of seeing it in lots. and you might want to respell that to RESORT

The pool prop is actually made by tragicomicus not BLS. We used it on one lot and gave the correct cresit.

links to the dependencies (rather than just names) would be good - with so many other choices I'm not going to take the time to seek them out.

ok I'll add some ppl props, but thats it, I like it and if you guys don't like it, don't download the stupid lot.

Okay, okay, relax...these are just suggestions. We like it too! We just thought of some tweeks that WE thought would make it better, or different, or whatever. If you like it the way it is then that is wonderful! We will downloadit as-is. :)
