But the credits go to N74704 for his great ''Realistic Palm Prop'' and to Geoffhaw for his overlay textures.

 

This is a nice park with some beautiful palm trees made by N74704, its kind of a tribute for his great flora creations. If you people like it I can make more parks in the future.

You will need:

BSC Reverse Path Overlay Textures Pack 3 , you can get it on the exchange.

 

Unfortunately i'm not very good yet with the icon pictures. So you will find the lot in the park menu as ''small park or Plaza'' I think.

 

Lot Size : 3x3

 

If there are problems with the Zip files or other problems tell me

 

Its my first upload so I hope its working.

Its not too bad. Its a little too symetrical, and doesnt blend in well with the city, making it look out of place. Still, better then most things on the stex like it.
