UPDATED! Due to popular insistence, I have dumped the grass lot on top for a scenic garden and added nightlights. (nothing special though; REAL lighting is very tricky) A also made a custom query just for the heck of it.

This is simply a mid-wealth, stage 5, modern apartment building with housing for 360 R$$ (540 R$), park space on top, and a pool house in the back for recreation. I hope you like it; we need more mid-density buildings.
One issue though:
o Should it be high wealth (R$$$) instead? Popular opinion generally seems to go against this.
