11/20 Released the version with shadows. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please remove it in the game and then rebuild it.

It's been a while.
While everyone continues to release wonderful works one after another, I tried to reinstall gmax but accidentally deleted all the models, textures, etc., that I had created so far, so I can no longer make corrections to previous ones or complete the works that were in progress orz.
Since this is a fictional department store, the previous files were deleted for the above reason, so I created an entirely new shape.
One is a type placed on a corner lot, and the other is designed for a corner lot but can be placed anywhere.
For the latter, I cannot make any further corrections because I deleted the gmax file that was still in progress.

It's still a poor work as always, but I would be happy if you could use it.

Shadows were added, and the setting to keep the site level was applied.
For the corner lot type, the back side was omitted because gmax was not working well.
I plan to make buildings that can be placed at the back, so please wait until then.
Also, the icon, lot name, and description were changed.
I created a separate dat file to add these, so please download this as well. (This file will be updated each time a new work is released) Empty department store.

お久しぶりです。
皆さんが素晴らしい作品を次々と公開なさっている中、gmaxを再インストールしようとして誤って今まで作ったモデル・テクスチャ等を全て消してしまい、以前のものの修正を加えることも、作り途中のものを完成させることもできなくなってしまいました orz
架空のデパートということで以前作ったものは上記の理由でgmaxファイルを消してしまったので、全く新しい形を作りました。
一つは角地に置くタイプで、もうひとつは角地を想定していますがどこにでも置けるタイプです。
後者の方は作りかけでgmaxファイルを消してしまったためにこれ以上の修正は加えられません。

相変らず駄作ですが使っていただければ幸いです。

影をつけと、敷地を水平に保つ設定をしました。
角地タイプの裏面は、gmaxが不調なので見送りました。
裏に置けるようなビルを作る予定なので、それまでお待ち下さい。
また、アイコン、ロット名、説明文の変更を行いました。
これらを追加するためのdatファイルを別に作成しているので、こちらも併せてダウンロードして下さい。（このファイルは新作を出す度に更新します）
