Nice to meet you, I am a member of the Sim Country Aviation Club.
I have been creating a LOT for a series called the "Scenes of the Naval Port" series, and
this time I will
post the "6th Edition: Sim Navy Shipyard Set" and the "7th Edition: Sim Navy ○○ Headquarters Set." Warships are available on my secret archive (website), so
if you're interested, I hope you'll find out.

Sixth Edition: About the Sim Naval Arsenal Set ***
This set
includes the 'main factory' and 'branch factory' of the Sim Naval Arsenal, plus the 'fuel tank'. The naval arsenal (main factory and branch factory) will be added as a 'power facility.'
Fuel tanks are added as 'water facilities.'

The Sim Naval Arsenal is equipped with development and production
facilities across various fields, including armaments, artillery, torpedoes, electricity, and shipbuilding. They also have their own power generation facilities and provide surplus electricity to the city at low cost.
By combining branch factories and main factories, you can
achieve everything from a small repair shop to the largest naval arsenal in the Sim Nation.

Fuel tanks are facilities used to store fuel for ships and factories. Extend pipelines to supply fuel to
naval ports and factories. In reality, it's water that flows (sweat).

Main plant: construction cost §3000, power generation 3000MW, maintenance cost §50
Branch factory: construction cost §1000, power generation 600MW, maintenance cost §10
Fuel tank: construction cost §200, capacity 5000 cubic m, maintenance cost §30

Seventh Edition: About the Sim Navy ○○ Command Set ***

The Sim Navy Command 'Headquarters' and 'Communication Station' are set together.
It will be added as a "police station."

The headquarters building is a traditional red brick building that has been passed down through generations and is still carefully used
today. The bronze rooftop dome was destroyed during air raids during the previous war, but
it has only recently been restored. The Military Police Unit also belongs, guarding the surrounding area.
When the mayor visits (click with the survey tool), a military band plays the Warship March for you.

The communications station is equipped with a massive communication antenna, and a squad of the Military Police is stationed
there as well. Either way, I don't want to be the help of the Police Force. (sweat)

The headquarters building was
modeled after the former Imperial Japanese Navy Kure Naval District Office (now the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Kure District Headquarters Office). Those who recognized it quickly might be residents of Kure, those who have visited, or
some considerable navy experts. (^^;)

初めまして、シムの国航空クラブ会員と申します。
私は「軍港の情景シリーズ」というシリーズもののLOTを作っていまして、
今回は「第六弾　シム海軍工廠セット」と「第七弾　シム海軍○○司令部セット」を
投稿させて頂きます。軍艦は私の秘密保管庫（HP）で公開していますので興味のある
方はいかかでしょうか。

***　第六弾　シム海軍工廠セットについて　***
シム海軍工廠の「本体工場」と「分工場」、それと「燃料タンク」のセットになってい
ます。海軍工廠（本体工場・分工場）は「電力施設」として追加されます。
燃料タンクは「水道施設」として追加されます。

シム海軍工廠には造兵、砲熕、水雷、電気、造船等、多分野の開発・生産設備が備わ
っています。自家発電設備も持ち、余剰電力は市に格安で提供してくれています。
分工場、本体工場の組み合わせによって、小規模な修理工場からシム国最大の海軍工廠
まで実現できます。

燃料タンクは艦船や工場用の燃料を貯蔵する為の施設です。パイプラインを伸ばして
軍港や工廠に燃料を供給して下さい。実際は流れるのは水ですが（汗）

分工場：建設費§1000、発電量600MW、維持費§10
燃料タンク：建設費§200、容量5000立方m、維持費§30

***　第七弾　シム海軍○○司令部セットについて　***

シム海軍司令部の「司令部」と「通信所」がセットになっています。
「警察署」として追加されます。

司令部の建物は赤レンガ作りの古くから伝わる伝統のもので、今も大切に使われて
います。青銅製の屋上ドームは前大戦で空襲を受けた時に焼け落ちてしまいましたが、
最近になって復元されました。警務隊も所属しており、周辺地域を警備しています。
市長が訪問（調査ツールでクリック）すると軍楽隊が軍艦マーチを演奏してくれます。

通信所は巨大な通信アンテナを備える施設で、こちらにも警務隊の分隊が配置
されています。どっちにしろ警務隊のお世話には、なりたくありませんね。（汗）

司令部の建物は「旧日本海軍呉鎮守府庁舎（現海上自衛隊呉地方総監部庁舎）」を
モデルにしました。すぐに分かった方は、呉在住の方や訪れた事がある方、あるいは
相当な海軍通かもしれません。（＾＾；）
