Since I couldn't get Katsuura Marine Park to float well in the sea, I ended up turning the edges of the map without sea to the sea.
I was able to use Lagtaro @ Administrator's custom texture HaS_Texture.zip for a while.
The only difference is the PlopCost and Budget Item; the below are the same as Katsuura Marine Park.

Small flower beds were remodeled and created.
The image shows two lots placed side by side.

勝浦海中公園を海にうまく浮かせられなかったので、海の無いマップの端を海にしちゃいました。
ラグ太郎＠管理人さんのカスタムテクスチャHaS_Texture.zipをかってに使わせていただきました。
PlopCostとBudget Itemが違うだけで下記は勝浦海中公園と同じです。

小さな花壇を改造して作りました。
画像は２つのロットを並べて配置しています。

さらに追加で２つ作ってみました。
