This is a power plant that uses Lindblom's latest technology, the "fog engine".

It is a power plant that uses the pollution of your Sims as a "fog" and uses it as a driving force. It slightly reduces air pollution throughout the city and water pollution around power plants, but the incidence of fires is slightly higher. It also consumes water, so it needs a water supply.
Originally, the fog was a part of Gaia's soul that occurred when the factor of Terra was distributed from Gaia's soul, and it had the effect of causing people to go crazy, cause conflict, and promote the circulation of souls. Although it was originally a pure soul, people avoided the fog because of its disturbing appearance.

Is consistent with pollution, but the effect of reducing pollution is indispensable in SimCity.
The polygons are very rough and it is still a shabby work, but I released it as a memorable work.
