Hi guys,

this is a civic lot called "Osservatorio Astronomico" based on the astronomical observatory of Tradate near Milan, Italy. In the game it works as a museum.

Here its properties:

Plop cost: 3.000

Monthly cost: 600

Capacity: 600

School coverage radius: 700

School EQ boost: 25

I changed some requirements. Now requirements are:

- 20.000 residential population;

- medium education grade;

- city college has been built;

- air pollution less than 80.

I really like the observatory tower and dome  nice detail and texture looks good too

the tiles on the roof of the other building are running vertically of 2 sides which is visually disturbing and could also use some weathering effects  I hope you continue to create and seek the advice of the more experienced modellers on this site myself

I think you could become very good at this   I just don't have the patience & skills myself

I have a problem. This lot in game menu doesn't appear until it's available. How can I show it in game menu in grey until it is available?
