About This File

I made a brand new arkatanya there's no lingering connections or mayor's names in the mayor data like arkatanya #1. However, I put this together last night unlike arkatanya #1 that was put together over the course of several sessions. I'm thinking of adding highway connections and cleaning up the hills, so it can be one of those ready made maps.
The file is a 7zip file. It has to be extracted with 7zip and placed in your regions folder.
