About This File

At 1,149 feet 350 metres, the Stratosphere Tower is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States and the tallest building west of the Mississippi River.

From the observation decks, lounge, restaurant, meeting & banquet space and private dining rooms, guests enjoy panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and the surrounding valley.

Thrill seekers can enjoy excitement over 100 stories above the ground on the Big Shot and X-Scream thrill rides and the High Roller roller coaster.

The tower is equipped with a special lighting system designed to provide a spectacular dancing light show nightly, which is visible throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Thrill seekers of all ages can experience the ultimate in excitement at Stratosphere Las Vegas! At over 100 stories above the ground, the Stratosphere boasts the world's three highest thrill rides; the Big Shot, X-Scream, and the High Roller roller coaster.

The High Roller roller coaster is the world's highest roller coaster! At 909 feet above the ground, the Hight Roller rockets around the tower pod on 840 feet of track banking sharply at 32-degree angles, traveling approximately 32 miles per hour.

The Big Shot thrill ride catapults 16 riders from the 921-foot high platform up the Tower's mast to a height of 1,081 feet. Traveling at 45 miles per hour, riders experience 4G's as they reach the very top, and feel negative G's on the way down.

At 866 feet, X Scream is the world's third highest thrill ride. Shaped like a giant teeter-totter, X Scream is an open vehicle that propels riders head-first, 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower and dangles them weightlessly above the Strip before pulling it's riders back and over again for more!

Stratosphere Tower Fact: During construction, an error caused the North leg of the tower to be at an incorrect angle. Now the leg of the tower is crooked but does not cause any strcutural damage to the tower and is barley or if even not noticable.

I was scared.... I saw NO LIGHT at night! I thought the file might have been buggy...... BUT, I researched and found out if you use certain BAT files, you need a patch. After installing this patch, the tower lit up with all its majesty. Like the tower. As impressive as the real one!

"I" think you did a VERY nice job. Don't let that guy bug you. BTW, what size lot is this on? (I don't always immediately "play" with the new lots that I download.)

Amazing!!!! This tower is perfect. it looks exactly like the one in Las Vegas. Every single detail is perfect. You even added the roller coaster. I just compared this tower to a photo of the real one, and its 100% perfect. I love it. I give it a 10+++

(stupid thing didn't work) But your the BATter and not me, and I can see you put a shitload of work into this. It didn't look easy, so for that I'll give you an 8. Also: delete some of your comments to MojaveNC, it looks like your arguing with yourself.

I think you need to take criticism, and insults for that matter, with a better attitude. If someone doesn't like your stuff who cares? You have countless other thumbs up. I really suggest you delete some of your own comments. Anyway you did a good job! :D
