(TRANSIT ENABLED) The newest version of SC4 alleys! These are an improvement over my old alleys and Sk8zim17's alleys because they are transit enabled as a street. With old versions a traffic signal would be created. I will credit Sk8zim17 (even though I had the original idea) :-). Enjoy!
