Edit: For a foolproof way to get this lot to develope, zone one large 4x5 lot by holding down the CTRL button while dragging the zone. Have the lot 5 tiles deep and facing the road. This should result for you (if demand is favourable for it, of course.) If the lot zoning doesn't work right, dezone and try it again. Some reason, 2nd time seems to be the charm using the CTRL button...

Wow, im really suprized. i go on here looking for a grocery store, not expecting much in the way of accuracy to the one in my hometown which im modeling and what do i find? a grocery store that looks almost exactly like Boyers IGA. very nice
