it has a capacity of 10000 which should be more then enough 
its on a 3x4 lot

instructions
select all the files in the folder you downloaded
copy them into your simcity4 plugins folder.
mydocuments/simcity4/plugins
then the MetroCityStation has been installed
and play the game!
