This fun theme park will make you State Fair look silly. It does have a bunch of milling people and cars in the parking lot, they just didn't show up on the screenshot. $40 and 7x8. The parking lot is transit enabled. It also has spotlights for the night. PEG's Pond kit is included in this, so don't complain about that. Enjoy!
