This is the avenue version of the earlier over-road park. typical park effect, reduces air pollution by 7. Please inform me of any problems with the transit-enabling, as I have had some quirks with it myself.

EDIT: Sorry folks, I have had some minor transit-enabling problems with this lot. Avenues will still connect to it, but you cannot build the park ON them, and it looks very messed up. (the entire avenue compresses crams itself onto ONE of the two lanes) These are the so-described "quirks". Please PM me if you have any advice on transit-enabling with avenues. Thanks.
