Probably the oldest high-quality city I still possess, dating from early 2009, Serta's name was inspired by a TV commercial for Serta mattresses. I had considered it finished until I decided to upload it here, at which point I was inspired to fill out a bit of the areas next to high-density zoning before uploading. I suppose you could say it's an average city in most respects.
