nice model indeed. But I think it should be turned counter clockwise with the doors pointing towards the street. In the picture you are looking at an alley in the front of the picture.

well eventually i might fix this lot along with a few others, but i liked the view of this side best, but i also know i could have just faced it toward the road then turned it to get the shot i wanted...

You cannot have a ploppable residential building. Once plopped, the building just deteriorates.

I don't know nothing about what happens to my buildings in the game, if you have problems I will be sure to address them, but for now this is all I can do, the missing files have been updated although.

I love this building. The effect of that coke sign which is so typical of buildings throughout the Mid-West and South.
