GE Freight Station

  This is my first Lot I have uploaded to the STEX. I made the Stats realistic since I am a realistic gamer and like to keep it that way. I just doubled the water, power, Garbage and some other things took out all the radiation and made the Capacity higher. The building also boasts Industrial demand. It allows you to connect three rails that run through the entire lot so your Freight trains can drive right through it on three tracks. Enjoy!

Lot Size = 13x7 

Plop Cost = 2000

Bulldoze = 500

Maintance = 50

Capacity = 5000

Water consumed = 5

Power consumed = 10

Air Polution = 2

Water Pollution = 2

Garbage Produced = 4

Radiation = 0

Jobs $ = 25

Jobs $$ = 5

Jobs $$$ = 3

I love the lot...dissapointed that passenger trains don't run throught it though...perhaps it's just me? If I use the original Maxis freight station with a passenger station either side, passenger trains and data works OK.

All trains run threw this lot if you don't see trains running threw it you need to drag the rail line all the way across the lot on all three sections you should see all kinds of trains going through it.

Hi, excellent work. I have a few things, like the wooden logs on the track and the yellow blanket thing as well, placed on the tracks. I downloaded all the props necessary, is that suppossed to happen?

Great job. It looks so much better than the built-in freight depot. Unlike many of the train lots this one is apparently 100% Mac compatible too!

zulhirosue , im having the same problem with this station in my game, no centre track, have a brown box right on one of the tracks too. this file is a big headache, I rate this 1 outta 10 just for the hassle.
