About This File

After the expansion of Havoc Construction, senior management proposed to create new offices. A deal was made with the mayor

and Havoc Constructions managed to persuade the mayor that they could build their new Headquarters in prime downtown land. The

only drawback is that Havoc Construction have to pay $2000 a month to the mayor, although the mayor is not complaining about this. :P

The building was designed to let in as much natural light as possible and is made 80% glass 20% steel. The large, openly lit office space inside means

that there are never demotivated workers. Contrary to it's size the plop building only contains 1450 workers of who include:

1 CEO (me :P)

10 Executive Commitee

8 Executive Secretaries

30 District Managers

50 Senior Architects

503 Architects

104 Junior Architects

323 Civil Engineers

114 Engineers

104 Commercial Promotion staff

80 Window Cleaners

65 Sanitation Engineers

38 Teaboys

19 Security Guards

1 Donut Salesman

PLOP:

6x6

$50,000 plop

$2000 Monthly INCOME

100/100 Park Effect

1450 Jobs

May Require to be zoned first

There is also a growable lot included around the same sort of details.

I am looking to transit enable this lot, but can't quite get my head around it and dont have as much time, if someone is willing

to help or transit enable it themselves for me feel free to PM me. Also the night lighting on this may look a bit weird at the

moment as i cannot properly test it in the game as my update refuses to work on bat nightlights. Again if someone is willing to

do this for me pm me please. This building took 7 hours to render lol so any comments/feedback are welcome as well as a nice rate :)

ENJOY!

Can I work for HAVOC please?? No accounting staff to restrict my spending. and a nice modern looking building that shows not every building has to have roof junk.

It is beautiful and improved your downtown city. One comment however: the building doesn`t show when you set the zoom to the minimum (large view of the city) may be because of my very hight resolution?
