Why is it listed as a growable when it is clearly a plopable from the Parks menu???? Otherwise, excellent lot. My Sims love it.

very nice, but there is a super park available (MOD) but nevertheless this is a nice addition to the cities

A novel idea and well-executed. To the people complaining about the size: if this were a 1x1 lot, it would be completely cheeseball like the "$4 billion park" lot. The 3x3 air purifier requires you to balance your space needs somewhat realistically. Thanks!
