More info about the lot would be helpful. It says growable, but you listed costs, and the lot and building are very plain.

Dont particularly like the texture on the main building, looks a bit lame to be honest. The mast is good though, the main building needs work though.

yay! better than my fifth BAT. YOu may want to check up on the textures though; I think brick will work just fine for the building.

I like it. I don't think a satalite station is suppose to have much detail. Thanks for the hard work.

textures need work. did you apply a UVW map? if you did, play with the settings a bit

50 parkins spaces for that? I'd doubt it'd need 20.
