The Hallifax/Waterhouse building is one of the many projects that Ive started but never finished. Well, I finally got around to finishing this one!
The building is of Modest height and of modest style, making it great for medium wealth commercial areas or to accent the many High wealth structures in your Mega- Downtowns...
It grows easily as it is on a 3x3 lot.
