This interchange was made thanks to the mod called Terraform tool for asset editor by Sims firehouse (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=422568050). Other mods I used are No Pillars (to build beyond the 64x64 asset editor limit), Fine Road Heights and Slope mod.

Installation:
a) Subscribe to my Steam Workshop page to receive an update automatically.

b) Unzip and move the .crp file to your local custom content folder.
