I love this intersection, but it's impossible to replicate exactly.
There are two versions: with or without terraforming.
Installation:
Subscribe to my Steam Workshop page to receive an update automatically.

Or unzip and move the .crp file to your local custom content folder.
Path: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets
Note: I used the Japa´s mod called Fine Road Heights (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=413678178) to make some terraforming.
