I had big traffic problem around my industry, so I decided to do something about it.
And i got this idea (see pictures) - little bit lazy to write, you will get it as soon as you see it 
You need good interchange to make traffic run smothly, I recomment to use 3-Level Roundabout Interchange from TPB. You will posibly need to upgrade off and on ramps to highway and you are good to go.
If you want interchange from the picture, it will be in .zip (interchange is from user which ended deleting the download, SO BE AWARE that that isn't my work) and also you will need to upgrade off and on ramps to highway.
So in zip you will get: -left and right connector
-Autobahnkreuzung (roundabout interchange)
