About This File

A Red bricked terrace house. These are very common in parts of england as standard housing. Looks great in rows of low wealth housing. I

originally intended to make victorian terraced housing like you get up here in Scotland, but i couldn't find the right sandstone texture.

There are 2 lots in this pack, one a suburban terrace and the other a concrete jungle terrace for inner city areas, same models on different lots.

Holds 45 R$ residents, was based on a R$ 1x2 lot :O and my building tweaker is playing up so i guess ill leave it at that. Poor

housing leads to overcrowding anyway. :P Thinking about making the horrid 1960's prefabs that you get here in the UK soon :P

Growable

R$

45 occupancy

1x2 lot

Installation: Copy the .sc4model/.sc4desc and the .sc4lot files into your plugins folder.

Any problems with the lots or anything could be changed please comment+rate :)

Another Havoc Construction

P.S. 2nd picture is crud bcoz of the size of the first one. Looks alot better in game.

Yes i am planning that. I am also planning a 1x1 row house version of it, aswell as some of the awful prefab houses you get in the UK.

Great for very low wealth areas... Two things though... Can you do a "upmarket" one, without all the junk/garbage? It'd be more like the one I'm living in... And 45 peeps? wow, now that's really a lot a people living in the same house ;-) Zool out

yeah, thanks! Can't wait for the other versions. maybe you can make ones where the roof texture isn't tiled, because that does look a little strange, but otherwise I just love these lots :-)

Nice design. Maybe just slightly too tall in proportion to other blgs. - the ceilings in there must be quite high.

This looks great but i have a tiny problem with the name - a terraced house means that the house is part of a terrace i.e. there is another house joined onto at least one side (these are the end ones) and, more commonly, both sides. This is a detached house. The BAT and lot itself are great tho

looks great, but can you do a row of terrace houses with slate grey roof tiles?
