Simple, yet amazing. Thank you!

It would be even better if the lot was changed to 1x1, and modded so as to not cause terraforming (flattening) when plopped, which tears down all trees around it (the model at the base can tolerate quite steep slopes without causing glitches). Please consider the above enhancements, if you haven't already.

Great idea.  Are you using a terrain mod in the picture and if so which one is it?

I plopped it in a new city, maxis terrain, and the surface textures disappeared. Any ideas?

@rewright : I encountered the same issue once, it was caused by slopes. I suggest you to look out my 1x1 slope conforming wind power plant without grass texture which can be plopped on any type of terrains without problems.

Almost Perfect ! I had issues where the surface textures just disapears. ill wait for update.
