the roof looks far too flat..it needs some detail/relief on it in the way of props (air conditioning units) or just texture..or even a helicopter pad :P just something to break up the flatness..(compare it to the other tall building in the screenshot). Otherwise pretty good :)

I added some roof details (pool, penthouse, hvac units) that I modeled pretty quickly but when I export it it cuts off part of the top. If anyone knows how to remedy this you would save me a lot of headache. When I can export it without the top cutting off I will upload version 2.0. Thanks

Reset your LODs you get there

When you R ready 2 render. Click BAT (the hammer). Scroll down to Parameter. Click + sign. Click Re-Fit Lods. I think mrbisomn is following me LOL

Not bad, it's a decent first effort, I'll give you that. Try to add some more detail to the windows and, as someone mentioned, the roof.

I like it. Its a very cool building. You need stuff on the roof, besides that, its great. I give it a 10.
