Havoc Luxury Castle Suites  1.0

   (14 Reviews)

Note: This is created as a ploppable residential and will abandon. If you intend to use this in your game you will want to edit in Reader to be a Landmark (or park).

About This File

Add an Historic eyecatcher to your city with this converted fort. Your sims will love to live in a castle and there is penthouse suites

for your richest sims. Emerald Bay council had to keep developments in the old town consistent

with the original architecture and other development space is scarce, so they decided to convert this small fort into a suite of apartments

for the wealthier populus. This blends in well with Castle surroundings or in an old town, or just to add a historic centrepiece

in a modern city. This will hold 1250 $$$ sims and costs $30,000 to plop, $2000 b/z, 0 m/m.

Another Havoc Construction Conversion.

P.S. The red bit on the roof is just a no job zot when i was taking a pic. The 2nd picture is the back view.

Oh and by the way you will need Castle props/longfellow castle for this to work properly. They can be found at the official sc4 site if you haven't got them.

Are you sure you have the required props? You need blding_prop1/2.dat and also the longfellow castle/castle prop sets. The building was tested with rush hour with hardly any mods. It should work if you have the props. If you simply can't find it it's under Landmarks.

You will have to zone res before placing this or it will abandon due to commute. :)

I love the lot but do agree with octo man...I have never got ploppable residential lots to work...abandonment every time even on zoned lots. If you could make it a hotel or motel, that would be fantastic. Thank you for all your hard work though.

I think i may make it CS$$$ if i can. I tried the lot once with res zoned underneath, and it worked fine, but it had a short commute time.
