About This File

This real world building is located along the stretch of Hiway I-494 know as the Bloomington Strip. Several miles (from the city border of Eden Prairie to the Mall of America and Minnesota River) is lined with Highrise and Midrise office buildings, that generate massive amounts of traffic. The Bloomington Strip is a Commuters NIGHTMARE! but back to the building....

This is one of the Bloomington Strips, Midrise buildings known as Wells Fargo Center.

The ingame version is a landmark building.

there are really no stats to give ya except that the building is 24 stories tall plus the masts on top

I decided not to create a RCI version because if not done correctly rci plopable can cause strange things to happen to your city...including plazas that form with no buildings! And I do not know how to make RCI buildings that dont cause this.

If someone wants to create a functional building either RCI plopable or growable or both, you may do so with my blessing! and you may post them with my blessing....but remember to give credit for my work!

Enjoy

I know this building well. I used to do business with a firm that had its headquarters there. The round structure on top was originally designed to be a revloving resturant, but it never happened. Eventually, one of the firms in the building took it over as office space.

I can see 494 from my window right now. Can you try some of the buildings in downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul? That would be great. Also, could some one do the skin of the TC light rail?
