ACTUALLY, THIS IS A LOT, THE BAT MODEL WAS DOWNLOADED FROM SIMCITY.COM. The BAT is for original models, the LEX is for lots designed with those models by other individuals. Where it is uploaded is no way to rate. Thanks to those who comment.
